The Opportunity
We’re looking for a founding partner who will become the second pillar of the company.
As Co-Founder & CRO, you will lead the commercial engine of Aurovil while helping shape the strategic, operational, and technological roadmap required to scale across India.
This role is not just about closing deals.
It’s about building the revenue architecture and expansion playbook that defines how Aurovil grows nationally.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Revenue
Scaling Strategy
Design and execute Aurovil’s expansion roadmap across multiple Indian markets in Year 1.
Business Development
Build and manage the full revenue pipeline — sourcing and closing partnerships with:
- Property developers
- Institutional asset owners
- Hospitality operators
- Corporate and lifestyle brands
Revenue Targets
Drive the company toward ₹1–3 Cr ARR within the next 3–5 years.
2. Product & Technology Integration
Product Vision
Work with the founding team to define requirements for Aurovil’s proprietary platform (MVP), including:
- Dynamic pricing systems
- Asset performance dashboards
- Unified CRM and sales infrastructure
- Property and revenue management systems
Operational Automation
Use technology to create a scalable and efficient operating system that improves owner returns while maintaining strong margins.
3. Founding Team Leadership
Early Team Building
Help recruit and onboard key early hires across operations, growth, and partnerships.
Culture Building
Establish a culture rooted in:
- Accountability
- Transparency
- Environmental stewardship
- Empathy and collaboration
Mentorship
Guide early team members and functional leaders while building a performance-driven organization capable of scaling quickly.
4. Financial Alignment & Fundraising
Founding Investment
A ₹15 lakh investment is required to demonstrate commitment and secure your founding equity stake. This capital will support early operational costs and MVP development.
Fundraising Partnership
Work directly with the CEO on future fundraising efforts by leveraging growth data, market traction, and operational milestones.
Who This Role Is For
We are looking for a high-ownership builder, not a traditional executive.
Experience
- 8+ years in leadership roles across PropTech, Travel, Hospitality, or B2B platforms
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and institutional partnerships
