PE-Backed CFO | Industrial Services Platform | Dallas, TX
Finatal has been exclusively retained to appoint a CFO for a rapidly scaling industrial services platform backed by a leading private equity sponsor. Headquartered in Dallas, the business is approximately ~$250M revenue today.
This is an opportunity for a proven private equity CFO to step into a critical leadership role as the business prepares for its next stage of value creation. You will partner closely with the CEO and experienced investor group to strengthen the finance function, drive operational insight, and position the company for a future exit over the next several years.
Your mandate will be to bring authority to the numbers - strengthening accounting and controls, building KPI-driven operational reporting, and developing the financial infrastructure required to support continued organic growth and selective M&A.
We are seeking:
- A PE backed CFO with strong accounting, controls, and operational finance credentials
- Experience with a PE sale process
- Experience with industrial services businesses
- Experience working in businesses greater than $150M in revenue
- A hands-on leader capable of building KPI dashboards and strengthening financial infrastructure
- A confident communicator who can partner effectively with branch leadership and private equity stakeholders
- Dallas-based candidates or those willing to relocate to maintain a strong on-site presence
