Location: DFW Metro Area (On-Site / Hybrid)
Compensation: Up to $325,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Potential Equity
Travel: Up to 20%
Overview
E57 Partners is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in the DFW Metro Area to identify a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
This role is ideal for a finance leader who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level—guiding the organization through growth, enhancing financial infrastructure, and partnering closely with executive leadership to drive performance and scalability.
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, optimizing operations, and ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term success in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial strategy and business performance
- Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation initiatives
- Support growth strategies including expansion, acquisitions, and new service lines
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and board-level reporting packages
Healthcare Finance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and reimbursement models (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payors)
- Oversee revenue cycle management, reimbursement optimization, and cost controls
- Partner with operational leaders to drive margin improvement and efficiency
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team
- Establish scalable processes, controls, and policies to support growth
- Foster a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
Systems & Process Optimization
- Lead financial systems enhancements, including ERP and reporting tools
- Improve data integrity, reporting automation, and cross-functional visibility
- Drive process improvements across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors
- Support board reporting and presentations
- Lead financial due diligence and transaction-related activities, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or VP Finance roles
- Healthcare industry experience required (provider, services, or related sectors)
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory environment
- Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or multi-site environments preferred
- Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution in fast-paced environments
