Overview
Our client is a leading digital infrastructure service provider headquartered in Singapore, delivering end-to-end solutions across digital infrastructure, including data centres, network infrastructure, and related technology services. The company is experiencing strong growth and expansion across the region.
They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management of the company.
- Oversee all finance functions including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.
- Lead capital structure management, including debt financing, banking relationships, and potential capital markets activities.
- Support strategic investments, M&A initiatives, and infrastructure expansion projects, including financial modelling and transaction execution.
- Provide financial insights and decision support on large-scale infrastructure investments and project economics.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and external advisors.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team across the organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with current experience as a CFO or senior finance executive required for infra, heavy asset, RE or similar platform.
- Strong experience in infrastructure, technology, telecom, data centres, or related capital-intensive industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale financial operations and capital structures.
- Proven track record supporting corporate strategy, investments, and growth initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of financial governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.

Salary: Up to SGD $420,000
