About The Role
Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an entry-level Jr. Business Operations Analyst to support operations at our Global Headquarters in Englewood, Colorado. This role will focus on maintaining datasets, supporting operational analysis, and helping drive efficiency through data insights across site operations and facilities management.
The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to gather and analyze data, support financial and operational reporting, and assist in improving processes and governance around global facilities data.
This position is primarily on-site in Englewood, Colorado
, with hybrid availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage datasets supporting various site operations functions.
- Support operational teams by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Assist in analyzing global facilities financial data and help support projects focused on stabilizing financial processes and governance across sites.
- Perform both ad-hoc and recurring data analysis to identify trends and operational insights.
- Learn and support financial and operational systems used by the organization.
- Provide on-site support for internal stakeholders at the Englewood office.
- Assist in developing reports and dashboards that help drive data-informed decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and reporting capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience using at least two of the following tools:
- Excel or Google Sheets
- SQL
- Tableau
- Oracle
- Smartsheet
- Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay Information
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $81,000-$105,000.
