We are currently hiring the CFO for a large and well known real estate firm based out of Mumbai.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Chief Financial Officer – based in Mumbai. The role will report into the Promoter of the Group. He/she will oversee financial planning, developing financial strategies, and preparing and analyzing financial statements. The CFO will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage reporting processes, and provide strategic guidance to leadership. Additionally, the role will require monitoring investment opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- CA with 15+ years of Leadership Experience in Finance and Treasury.
- Demonstrated ability to represent the company in various external forums.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and the ability to devise and implement effective strategies for the organization
- Expertise in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements for key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Strong foundation in Finance and proven Analytical Skills to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in the real estate sector is NOT compulsory
- Prior Experience of handling Promoter led companies is a big plus
