About the role:
SaySo Medical are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Farringdon, central London.
SaySo Medical, a leading HCP (Healthcare Professional) Engagement digital communications agency, is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to enhance our sales team's performance and efficiency. This role is pivotal in managing and streamlining the administrative aspects of our sales process, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and ultimately driving our business growth. The Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining our CRM systems, managing sales documentation, and supporting business development initiatives.
You will report to the Head of Production and will be given the opportunity to input into the management, evaluation and continuous improvement of SaySo outputs, as well as wider company initiatives.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: Salary and package dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Documentation Management
- Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of sales documentation, including the management of purchase orders, invoices, and contract delivery.
- Ensure all sales activities are tracked and recorded efficiently within our CRM system.
Quotation & Statement of Work (SOW) Management
- Collaborate with the Sales and Production teams to draft, finalise, and deliver quotes and comprehensive SOWs that clearly outline project deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Ensure alignment between SOWs and client expectations, as well as contractual agreements.
Financial & Contract Management
- Work with the Production team to track and log all incoming purchase orders and manage the invoicing process from creation to collection.
- Conduct end-of-contract reconciliations to ensure all deliverables have been met and accounted for.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Regularly review project progress against SOWs and coordinate with production teams to address any deviations or delays.
- Develop regular reports for the senior management team on sales operations metrics and status.
Business Development Support
- Proactively seek new business opportunities with relevant potential customers.
- Assist in preparing business development decks and pitches.
- Take an active role in CRM application implementation and optimisation to enhance sales processes.
Requirements:
Education
- Higher education qualification/s (basic requirement)
- Business or Science Degree (preferable)
Experience
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or digital communications sectors.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
- Experience in managing complex sales processes and documentation.
Skills
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Superb communication skills, capable of working with multiple stakeholders across organisational levels.
