I’m currently partnering with a well-established European consumer platform that connects customers with memorable real-world experiences. With a strong presence across several markets and a large network of partners, they are now looking for a Head of Go-to-Market Strategy to shape the next phase of commercial growth.
The Opportunity
This is a highly strategic position responsible for developing and driving the partner growth strategy across multiple markets. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring the business builds the right partner ecosystem while maintaining strong commercial performance.
What you'll be doing:-
You will act as the central link between commercial teams, product, marketing, operations, and data, helping translate strategy into practical initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Partner Growth & Market Strategy
- Define and evolve the profile of ideal partners to support long-term expansion
- Conduct market and opportunity analysis to identify the most promising partner segments
- Shape tailored value propositions for different partner categories
- Focus investment on the partner groups with the highest growth potential
Commercial Structure & Performance
- Develop commercial guidelines, targets, and incentive structures for partners
- Build a balanced partner portfolio that supports both scalability and quality
- Work alongside business development and account management teams to attract, onboard, and grow new partners
- Establish clear performance metrics and frameworks to track success
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to ensure coordinated market execution
- Bring partner and field insights into strategic discussions and product development
- Collaborate with RevOps to refine tools, processes, and systems that support commercial teams
What We Are Looking For:-
- 6+ years’ experience in go-to-market strategy, partnerships, or commercial transformation
- Strong knowledge of RevOps, commercial processes, and data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to move from high-level strategy to operational delivery
- Experience working across cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, and tech teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in travel, leisure, marketplace, or consumer experience sectors would be an added advantage
