1. LeadSquared Command & Automation
- System Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for LeadSquared CRM, managing user hierarchies, permissions, and system configurations.
- Workflow Engineering: Design and implement automated workflows for lead routing, stage transitions, and task triggers to ensure zero lead leakage.
- Technical Support: Serve as the internal subject matter expert for resolving CRM-related issues and ensuring uninterrupted sales operations.
2. Performance Intelligence & Reporting
- Dynamic Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards to track daily and weekly metrics such as call volumes, reachability rates, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze the sales pipeline to identify performance bottlenecks, particularly supporting the Tamil sales vertical and cross-functional teams.
- Executive Insights: Provide ad-hoc reports and visualizations to enable leadership to make data-driven strategic decisions.
3. Data Governance & Hygiene
- Audit Management: Conduct regular audits of CRM data to eliminate duplicates and resolve structural inconsistencies.
- Bulk Operations: Manage large-scale lead uploads with proper validation to ensure accurate allocation and data integrity.
Candidate Requirements
1. CRM Expertise
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LeadSquared.
- Experience with Workbenches, Portals, and Logic Blocks is mandatory.
2. Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a professional Data Analyst or Sales Operations role.
3. Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
4. Language / Context
- Experience in analyzing data related to sales operations is highly desirable.
5. Mindset
- A proactive problem-solver who looks beyond numbers to understand the root causes behind sales performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
