Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with financial planning and reporting. This role focuses on day-to-day financial control, budgeting, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and accounting activities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review
- Handle audits and coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments
- Support management in pricing, planning, and financial decision-making
- Maintain proper financial documentation and controls
Eligibility & Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel
