Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by managing administrative tasks, maintaining clean CRM data, coordinating communication with prospects and customers, and ensuring sales processes run smoothly. This role bridges sales development, customer service, and administrative support to maximize Sales Specialist efficiency and improve overall productivity. You will work closely with members of both the retail and commercial sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Leverage industry tools for identifying new prospects and connecting them to sales specialists.
- Support the Sales Team by preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and other sales documents.
- Support alignment between Sales, Operations, and relevant support teams by facilitating communication and tracking shared initiatives.
- Work with internal/external vendors to ensure clients have necessary resources to support sales activity.
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Support administrative and reporting tasks within the QQ Sales Organization
- Contact and qualify potential customers via email, phone, SMS, set appointments and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with members of the department to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Provide regular reports and presentations on sales activities and results for Sales Leadership.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in sales support or customer service roles.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and support multiple team members simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written professional communication skills
- Strong problem solving and relationship building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates drive to grow and develop skills to further career.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 services (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) highly preferred.
- If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
