Role Summary
The Chief Financial Officer / Corporate Controller will lead the company’s finance and accounting functions and serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership. This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on oversight of accounting operations in a multi-entity environment.
The CFO will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, internal controls, and financial strategy. The role will also play a central part in improving financial processes, strengthening reporting timelines, and supporting operational and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic financial leadership supporting company growth initiatives and operational objectives.
· Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash management.
· Lead preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
· Manage consolidated financial reporting across multiple affiliated entities.
· Improve financial close timelines and strengthen financial reporting processes.
· Develop financial models and analyses supporting operational planning and investment decisions.
· Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
· Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and external financial advisors.
· Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting.
· Recruit, develop, and mentor members of the finance and accounting team.
· Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
· CPA, MBA, or advanced financial credential strongly preferred.
· 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience including senior leadership roles.
· Strong experience with GAAP accounting and consolidated reporting in multi-entity organizations.
· Demonstrated experience improving financial reporting processes and internal controls.
· Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on financial management.
· Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
