Steadman Hub have partnered with a leading organisation in the professional services sector that is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to join its team. The business is currently undergoing a major commercial transformation, including a full HubSpot CRM migration and implementation, as it looks to modernise its go-to-market infrastructure and enhance how it supports clients across the UK.
As Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll take ownership of the company’s revenue operations strategy and CRM ecosystem. Leading the migration to HubSpot, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations to design scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and automation that drive revenue performance. This role is primarily strategic (around 80%) while still maintaining a hands-on element to ensure HubSpot is implemented and optimised according to best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of the organisation’s revenue operations framework.
- Own and drive the migration and rollout of HubSpot as the core CRM platform.
- Develop reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align processes and improve revenue performance.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, CRM Lead, or RevOps leadership role.
- Strong expertise implementing, migrating, and optimising HubSpot CRM.
- Experience building scalable revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate operational strategy into execution.
