As a Revenue Operations Analyst at LoyaltyLion, you’ll play a key role in continuously improving our GTM tech stack. You'll gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable solutions, while also owning day-to-day Salesforce admin, user support, and training. User experience is central — you’ll ensure our systems are intuitive, effective, and well-adopted.
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in Salesforce and a curiosity to understand how our business operates. You’ll spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative to solve problems, while continuing to develop your broader RevOps skillset over time. You don’t need to have done everything before but you should be excited to learn, ask questions, and grow into a more strategic operator over time.
Reporting to the RevOps Director, you’ll collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to turn business needs into practical system and process improvements. Job requirements
Must-haves:
- Hands-on Salesforce admin experience (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred) including user management, reporting, dashboards, and day-to-day CRM operations
- Experience with automation using Flow and managing support tickets/case management
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, own, and implement improvements
- Curious and proactive mindset — someone who asks “why” and looks for better ways of doing things
- Clear communication skills with the ability to simply explain technical concepts and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in an analyst role across RevOps, Sales Ops, or a consulting environment
- Exposure to SaaS or GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS)
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.
Job responsibilities
- Identify, document, and implement solutions to business problems using a range of tools and technologies
- Support and educate teams on systems, tools, and processes to ensure high-quality data across GTM functions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and scale operations through systems, data, and process improvements
- Support onboarding of GTM teams and help define and track success metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions
- Balance project work with day-to-day support for GTM teams
- Contribute to projects end-to-end, measuring impact and iterating where needed
- Work cross-functionally to support initiatives that drive revenue growth
