Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Supply Chain Officer based in Houston, TX. The Chief Supply Chain Officer will lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships. They will ensure operational efficiency, manage budgets, develop and implement supply chain strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives. Additionally, the role demands building strong relationships with key stakeholders while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement processes
- Analytical skills to optimize operations and drive data-informed decisions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience within the luxury goods or jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
