And this role? You’re the bridge between the brand and the people. This is a 3 month internship with opportunity to go Full-time if your goals are met.
Role Overview :
We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of people + execution.
Someone who can:
- Turn DMs into relationships
- And make sure both customers and operations run smoothly
This isn’t a typical role - you’ll directly shape how customers feel about us and how efficiently the business runs behind the scenes.
What you’ll do :
- Manage customer conversations across DMs, WhatsApp, and email
- Engage with the community (comments, replies, stories)
- Managing shoots days at ground level and help the team
- Handle orders, delays, and proactively update customers
- Track inventory and flag restocking needs
- Oversee packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking
- Track order delivery personally via call
- Coordinate with logistics and vendor partners
- Maintain a daily log of customer feedback , track reviews and share insights
- Support day-to-day operations and improve processes
What We’re Looking For :
- Strong written communication (clear, friendly, fast)
- High empathy + problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented (nothing slips through)
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Obsessed with Instagram / internet culture
Bonus :
- Experience in D2C / beauty / community-led brands [not mandatory]
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, or shipping tools
- Understanding of customer experience + operations workflows
