Energy Aspects currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing global sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fast-paced individual with sales operations experience to join our global team and contribute to our continued growth story.
Sales Operations Specialists are client-facing and provide core support to our Sales and Sales Operations teams, ensuring effective and successful client interaction. They are also responsible for regular reporting and reviewing subscription contracts whilst ensuring data integrity of the CRM system.
This position will require flexibility and the drive to go beyond the core hours when needed, ensuring we all fulfil our goals. All team members are encouraged to build their professional reputation within the industry and are supported by some of the most well-regarded energy sector commentators. You must be able to work independently, as well as be capable of planning and prioritising to achieve success.

Duties:
- Providing general client relationship support and on-boarding assistance to the sales team
- Working closely with, and providing support to, the Head of Sales and Sales Operations Manager
- Creating and managing orders and contracts on Salesforce in close coordination with our commercial, finance and legal teams
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales processes and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborating with the Web Development and Data teams to identify issues that require troubleshooting
- Providing general assistance to the Web Development team as required.
- Providing recurring and ad hoc Salesforce reports, as required by the senior leadership team
- Proactively monitoring and maintaining high quality accurate reporting, ensuring everyone is consistently following the business processes
- Overseeing data integrity and updating of Salesforce
- Managing the renewal notice report and assisting the Sales team in the renewal process of existing clients
- Updating training material on Confluence
- Helping organise internal and external events, including management of registrations and post-event attendee follow up
- Providing onsite logistics support during live webinars
- Any ad hoc admin duty as required
Requirements:
- Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel
- Naturally proactive, self-motivated and highly organised
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for problem solving
- Professional telephone and communication manner and the ability to interact up to Senior Director level
- Ability to work with a high level of independence and collaborate effectively in a team
- Holds a high level of integrity and ethical standards
- Capable of collaborating effectively with prospects and internal teams
- Two days out of the week to be worked from 11am -8pm
