GNR has been retained to identify a “hands-on” Corporate CFO for this internationally owned, 50+ year-old organization that is growing their US presence through Joint Ventures and M&A activities. As a HOLDING company, they have several subsidiaries that make up a portfolio of sophisticated electronics systems used in the defense sector.
We’re seeking a business-savvy individual who understands strategic business structures and brings an in-depth financial background.
- In this “highly visible” role, you will be responsible for all financial management & performance.
- Provide oversight on subsidiaries; compiling all financial data to advise the Executive Team and Board Members.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all financial activities of the holding company, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.
- Manage banking relationships, intracompany funding, budgetary needs, tax reporting & audit compliance.
- Strong business acumen - finance/accounting, ownership structures, investments, risks, capital structure planning.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries on financial performance & audits
- Support M&A, partnerships/joint ventures including financial due diligence and transaction structuring.
- BS / BA / MS / MBA degree with a minimum of 8+ years experience + an in-depth GAAP experience (IFRS is a plus)
