1. Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Sales Operations Specialist / Manager to support the development of our business in Germany. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales operations, process optimization, dealer network support, data analysis and cross-functional coordination. You will help build scalable and compliant sales operation systems to drive business efficiency and sales performance in the German market.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement and optimize end-to-end sales processes covering lead management, order handling, delivery and cash collection, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with local regulations including GDPR.
• Support dealer network operations, daily operational guidance and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with company standards and market requirements.
• Conduct sales data analysis, forecasting and reporting, build dashboards to monitor sales performance, pipeline and key business indicators, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support CRM system implementation and daily operation, ensure data quality and user adoption among internal teams and dealers.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, legal and IT teams to align processes, resolve operational issues and support business initiatives.
• Establish operational governance, KPIs and internal controls to ensure transparency, risk management and consistent execution.
3. Key Requirements
• At least 3 years of working experience in sales operations, business operations or related functions in the German market, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in sales process optimization, dealer operations, data analysis and project execution.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools or CRM systems; ability to translate data into business insights.
• Native or fluent German language skills and excellent business English proficiency.
• Good understanding of German business culture, compliance requirements and market environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Alternatively proofed track record in relevant business field.
