Interim Deal Desk Manager
Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking an Interim Revenue Operations Consultant to support sales execution and deal support during a period of increased transaction volume.
This engagement is fully remote and expected to last approximately 4 months, with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
- Support deal support and revenue operations activities to help accelerate sales cycles
- Review pricing proposals and deal structures, providing guidance to sales teams to support timely deal closure
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure transactions align with internal policies and approval frameworks
- Assist with opportunity management, quote review, and related deal documentation
- Help identify process gaps or inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Provide support for new, renewal, and expansion transactions
- Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, finance, and contracts to resolve deal-related issues
- Develop and maintain basic reporting or tracking related to deal activity and approvals
- Support additional revenue operations initiatives as needed during the engagement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, deal support, or sales operations
- Strong understanding of pricing models and commercial deal structures
- Familiarity with how subscription-based or recurring revenue businesses operate
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and finance teams
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
