What To Expect
The Tesla Megapack Business Operations team seeks a talented and eager individual to support all operational aspects of the Megapack business, including contract verification and amendments, order management, delivery planning, billing, payment collection and reporting.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that involves tackling complex operational challenges and drives Megapack business growth. You will have the opportunity to partner with our B2B Sales team to bring projects from bids to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-function teams to solve commercial and operational problems. You will be exposed to a wide range of business subjects like commercial negotiations, budget planning, international trade and logistics, system and AI tool development, etc.
What You'll Do
Review and verify contract terms before contract execution; amend contract price and commercial terms post executionArrange shipment and fulfil other contractual obligations for signed ordersManage cash forecast, billing and payment activitiesConduct business result reporting and analyticsSupport process improvement initiatives and system/AI tool development
What You'll Bring
Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experienceProficiency in key system and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to learn/adapt quicklyThis role requires an individual to be hyper-organized, detail-oriented and responsibleStrong resilience in handling competing priorities, high-pressure situations, and extended work periods when neededPrior experience in finance, analytics or logistics is preferred

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
