Eleventy is looking for an ERP Business Systems Analyst & Project Manager to support the growth of the North American operations (US & Canada), acting as a key link between local business teams and our IT Headquarters in Italy.
This role's main focus is on business processes, applications and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between US business stakeholders and HQ IT team
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Lead and manage application projects (Retail systems, B2B platforms, CRM) with a high level of autonomy
- Support users on ERP and business applications, ensuring issue analysis and resolution in coordination with HQ
- Coordinate with local IT vendors and oversee local IT environment when needed
- Support new Retail store openings across US & Canada as IT reference point
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in ERP applications and business process analysis
- Background in Fashion and/or Retail processes
- Knowledge of logistics processes and EDI flows
- Experience with B2B order management processes
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end and interact with international teams
