We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales — not merely a data operator, but a professional eager to build their future in a commercial, sales-driven environment.
You understand how sales performance is achieved throughout the entire value chain and are motivated to actively influence it. By connecting Sales, Supply Chain and Planning processes, you independently identify where insights are needed and translate data into a reliable platform for sales decisions across the European market.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as domain expert for Operations data
- Coordinate and monitor market performance and forecasts for retail, wholesale, production, and inventory to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives
- Responsible for building reports to monitor the performance and quality of monthly sales and production plans, ensuring operational excellence, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the adoption of automated processes and digitalisation initiatives helping to simplify planning workflow and reduce manual effort
- Develop sales forecasts and predictive analyses to support commercial planning and inventory management
- Manage regular exchange with various stakeholders, including European headquarter departments and National Sales Companies
- Own end-to-end central compound inventory coordination, including monitoring stock health, systems' settings, and executing pan-regional vehicle reallocation to align supply with market demand
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics or related fields and 2-3 years of experience in a Sales and/or Supply Chain environment
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA)
- Python knowledge (data analysis & automation), Databricks experience is a plus
- Power BI / Tableau or equivalent BI & visualisation tools
- Ability to analyse commercial KPIs, sales performance and stock levels
- Supply chain, production and demand planning knowledge is required
- Automotive domain knowledge is a plus
- Experience with S&OP tools is a plus
- Cross-functional communication & stakeholder management
- Fluency in English and German (required); another European language a plus
