Your Role
We are looking for a GTM & Sales Operations Manager to build and scale the systems behind our commercial operations.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Automation, and AI. You will work closely with the CEO and commercial team to own our GTM infrastructure - ensuring clean, structured data, building scalable outreach and automation systems, and enabling sales to consistently focus on the highest-value opportunities.
Your work will directly impact how we identify opportunities, reach customers, and scale revenue.
Your Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & GTM Infrastructure
- Own and continuously improve our CRM and GTM data infrastructure, ensuring data is clean, structured, and actionable.
- Define and enforce processes to maintain high-quality data across the funnel (accounts, contacts, activities, pipeline).
- Build and evolve scalable CRM structures that support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Operational Support
- Support the CEO and sales team with day-to-day operations.
- Help ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.
- Drive projects from idea to implementation with a high level of ownership.
Data Quality, Processes & Knowledge Management
- Take ownership of keeping our commercial data up to date, structured, and reliable.
- Design and implement processes that ensure data consistency across tools and teams.
- Build systems that capture, organize, and maintain knowledge on accounts, contacts, and ongoing opportunities.
- Continuously audit and improve data quality to enable better targeting and execution.
Process Optimization & AI
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and automate repetitive tasks across the organization.
- Build AI-assisted workflows and agents for research, outreach, and internal operations.
- Experiment with new tools and approaches to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in automation, AI tools, and process optimization in a GTM environment.
- First experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo) is a strong plus.
- Experience building AI agents or automation workflows using Claude Code or similar tools.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required).
- Available to work on-site in Garching near Munich (4/5 days per week).
