Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process, people, and technology-driven financial operations.
- Oversee Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Budgeting, Liaisoning, and Audits with deep expertise.
- Drive 100% digitalization of Accounts & Finance department through ERP implementation.
- Develop and execute financial strategy, team building, and organizational growth plans.
- Hands-on experience working directly with family business owners/entrepreneurs.
- Manage banking finance, loans, cash flow, fund generation, and allocation efficiently.
- Monitor and improve EBITDA, PAT, and PBT with year-on-year growth focus.
- Lead budget planning and audit strategy to ensure compliance and financial health.
- Ensure robust financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership for business expansion and profitability.
Requirements:

- Proven track record in financial transformation and digital finance initiatives.
