Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Nasik, Maharashtra
A rapidly growing technology company is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team and drive the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance leader who has successfully navigated organizations through scale, transformation, and IPO readiness. The CFO will work closely with the Founder, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance, improve profitability, and lead public market readiness initiatives.
Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and leading complex financial operations.
- Must have held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in at least the last two organizations/assignments.
- Experience in a technology/IT services environment
- Proven IPO preparation and execution experience
- Experience working directly with Boards, investors, regulators, and external advisors
- Strong track record in scaling businesses and driving profitability
- Important: Candidates without both Technology/IT industry experience and IPO experience will not be considered.

- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with the Founder and Board on strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Lead IPO planning, execution, regulatory readiness, investor engagement, and post-listing financial operations.
- Evaluate and support mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.
- Drive financial transformation through automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics.
- Financial Planning & Performance:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management.
- Optimize EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.
- Provide actionable insights to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk:
- Strengthen corporate governance and financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee risk management, audit processes, and financial integrity.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a finance organization of approximately 30 professionals.
- Oversee Finance, Accounts, Legal, Procurement, Billing, and Collections functions.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
