Lance (YC W26) builds AI agents that run hotel operations, answering calls, capturing bookings, and handling workflows end-to-end. We’re live in 50+ hotels across Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt properties, and scaling quickly.
The Role
As our Founding GTM Lead, you own demand.
You generate pipeline, control distribution, and turn attention into revenue. This is marketing, sales, and growth combined. You are responsible for getting Lance in front of every hotel operator that matters.
What You’ll Do
- Create demand through content, case studies, and on-the-ground proof
- Launch campaigns and iterate fast based on results
- Own demos and close deals
- Turn early wins into repeatable acquisition channels
- Work directly with customers to drive expansion
Qualifications
- 996 Work Hours
- Proven expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development, sales execution, and driving revenue growth
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and business development
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and positioning
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product and technical teams
- Demonstrated success in scaling a business in the technology or hospitality sectors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Compensation
$80K – $140K
