Sales Support/Operations Specialist - Costco - Brampton - $65 to 75K + Bonus + Full Benefits
Our client, a leading Food Manufacturer is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support the National Accounts Manager to support Costco.
You will work with cross-functional teams, sales and management to enhance the customer experience by offering exceptional customer service, account management and administrative support.
Your busy day will consist of:
Provide day to day support to the sales team and customers.
Work with various teams in R&D, supply chain, marketing and more to ensure their customers get what they need today and in the future.
Develop and implement efficient customer success strategies.
Connect with key business executives and stakeholders and prepare sales reports.
Collect, analyze and summarize sales data to gain insights into customer behaviour, sales performance metrics and market trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Work with R&D to support new product launches to drive sales and new acquisitions.
Support the sales team with customer inquiries.
Manage the sales funnel to support the sales team and create new sales opportunities.
Research and support sales through direct engagement with the customers.
Organize new product samples for customers.
Support the sales team with forecasting and promotions.
Work with cross functional teams effectively to support the sales team and clients.
Participate in daily meetings.
Troubleshoot and solve problems when required.
Manage various projects at the same time.
Ideal Qualifications:
University or College diploma is preferred
Previously worked with COSTCO is preferred
Must have strong organizational skills and very detailed oriented
Excellent written and communication skills
3 + years Supporting Sales Representatives
Consumer goods industry
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Very good MS Office skills especially Excel to run reports
Experience in food Manufacturing is an asset
Good project management skills
Develop strong internal and external relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
