What You’ll Do
- Drive in-store, counter, and phone-based sales while delivering knowledgeable customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, repeat customers, and local businesses
- Follow up on quotes, convert opportunities into orders, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Process orders accurately through POS (billing, cash handling, documentation)
- Support merchandising, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order preparation
- Contribute to new business development and growth of existing accounts

Compensation
- Base pay meeting Ontario ESA requirements
- Uncapped commission + performance bonuses
- Additional incentives tied to revenue growth and customer development

Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn electrical and lighting products
- Basic computer and POS proficiency
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- In-person role based in Kitchener
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a warehouse/store environment
