Aster Recruiting is partnering with a high-growth global SaaS leader in supply chain management and product lifecycle solutions to recruit their Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, you will spearhead global revenue strategies across enterprise SaaS solutions that unify product development, sourcing, supplier management, PLM, production, logistics, and compliance — driving speed, visibility, and profitability from concept to customer. With a focus on scaling ARR through direct sales, partnerships, customer expansion, and marketing alignment, you'll lead high-performing teams spanning Asia, the US, Europe, and beyond. This role demands a global mindset to accelerate lead times and capture market share in retail, manufacturing, and branded supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute global go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue growth, targeting enterprise clients worldwide, with a proven ability to triple ARR within 4 years.
- Oversee sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing functions across APAC, North America, EMEA, and emerging markets.
- Build and mentor world-class revenue teams — including SDRs, AEs, and marketing — fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal velocity, expansion revenue, and marketing initiatives while optimising CAC and LTV metrics.
- Collaborate with product and operations to align offerings with customer needs in end-to-end supply chain workflows, from sourcing to traceability.
Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years in SaaS revenue leadership with a strict sales management background (not delivery or operations); proven track record of tripling ARR in 4 years and scaling global teams to $100M+ ARR.

- Deep expertise in SaaS sales motions — including land-and-expand, usage-based, and enterprise licensing models — within supply chain management, PLM, sourcing, logistics, or adjacent enterprise software verticals.
- Thrives in APAC, US, or European markets, with strong insights into cross-border enterprise sales dynamics.
- Strategic visionary: data-driven, customer-obsessed, hands-on leader who excels in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional commercial acumen in negotiations, forecasting, P&L impact, and C-suite relationship building; US-based preferred (SF Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Seattle hubs).
