As we prepare for our Q3 2026 launch, we are looking for a pioneering professional with Ad Experience to shape our narrative from the ground up. More specific company details will be disclosed upon the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Responsibilities:
As our first dedicated Ad hire, you will act as the operational backbone of our ad platform strategy and integrate with the User Experience.
- Ad Platform Strategy: Defining the monetization model (e.g., self-serve, programmatic, auction-based) and the pricing strategy to maximize ad inventory value.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Creating strategies to acquire advertisers, agencies, and partners for the new platform.
- Revenue Operations Alignment: Integrating sales, marketing, and customer success teams to work toward shared goals, eliminating silos.
- Product-Market Fit: Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure ad tools meet advertiser needs and improve client KPIs.
- Data & Analytics: Tracking revenue pipelines, forecasting growth, and leveraging data to optimize targeting and ad performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ad-Specific: CPM (Cost per Thousand Impressions), CPC (Cost per Click), CPA (Cost per Action), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Platform Health: Platform adoption rate, average deal size, ad inventory fill rate, and programmatic win rate.
- Overall Growth: Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Sales Pipeline Velocity, and Advertiser Retention Rate.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Adtech Expertise: Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Sell-Side Platforms), and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
- Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of scaling technology companies and launching new products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to align technical product teams with sales and marketing teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data to make informed decisions on pricing and market segmentation
Compensation:
Equity on a vesting schedule and salary upon successful raise of capital. The opportunity will be part-time before venture capital.
