Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce CPQ expertise to support and enhance quote-to-cash processes. The role involves working with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize CPQ solutions that improve sales efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CPQ enhancements
- Configure Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, rules, approvals, quotes)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
- Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
- Drive process improvements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Provide user support and training
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Salesforce CPQ certification
- Experience with Agile methodologies
