Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable CPQ solutions. This role will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quote-to-cash processes on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers
- Develop and customize CPQ features (product rules, pricing, approvals, quote templates)
- Build robust solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and governance
- Support deployments, release management, and production support
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ
- Proven experience leading development teams or projects
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, and integrations
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
