At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Consultant – GTM in our Strategy & Growth team.

What is this role all about?
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and sales. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape global go-to-market plans, refine solution narratives, and support early-stage enterprise deals as we scale Kapture CX across international markets.

- You will help design and refine go-to-market strategies for Indian market and customer segments.
- You will work closely with sales and product teams to build strong use cases, solution narratives, and demos that resonate with enterprise customers.
- You will support client conversations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and early-stage deals, helping move opportunities forward.
- You will conduct market and competitor research that directly informs strategic and commercial decisions.
- You will bring structure and clarity to complex, ambiguous problems and help teams execute effectively.
This is a Bangalore-based role.
We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
What does success look like in this role?
You help sharpen Kapture’s global GTM motion, enable sales teams to close early-stage opportunities faster, and translate strategic ideas into tangible business outcomes.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 0–3 years of experience in consulting, SaaS, GTM, pre-sales, strategy, or similar roles.
- You are comfortable working with Pan-India customers and cross-region teams.
- You communicate clearly, pay attention to detail, and take ownership of your work.
- You take your work seriously and care deeply about quality and impact.

- Have prior exposure to enterprise SaaS, CX, CRM, or AI-led products.
- Have supported sales cycles, POCs, or customer-facing discussions.
- Have worked on market entry, GTM strategy, or competitive analysis projects.
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
