Summary:This role involves ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, collaborating with various departments for seamless communication, and maintaining accurate documentation of operational procedures. The position requires generating and analyzing reports on operational performance, evaluating and revising operations in response to organizational changes, and optimizing processes for improved efficiency while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in operations roles, with a focus on process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, respond to urgent, unanticipated requests, and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground, and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Flexible to work with global offices across several time zones.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
