We are seeking a highly organised and reliable individual to support our Management Team in a newly created role focused on helping the firm implement and complete important internal initiatives.
Like many growing professional organisations, we have a number of operational improvements, projects and internal initiatives that are necessary for the business to improve and this role exists to help ensure those initiatives are organised, progressed and completed.
The successful candidate will support a range of internal activities including marketing implementation, recruitment coordination, training organisation and general operational support.
NB This job is not suitable for a law or other graduate looking to launch a legal career.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of Internal Initiatives
- Maintaining tracking lists for internal initiatives and improvements
- Organising tasks, timelines and follow-ups to ensure progress
- Supporting colleagues across the firm to implement agreed actions
- Helping coordinate activity across departments where required
- Marketing Implementation Support: including
- Coordinating website updates with external providers
Organising marketing content schedules and internal contributions
Maintaining referral contact lists
Tracking marketing activity and campaign responses
- Recruitment & HR Coordination
- Arranging interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Organising induction schedules for new staff
Tracking recruitment progress and supporting onboarding processes
Maintaining training attendance records
- Training & Development Support
- Scheduling internal training sessions
- Maintaining CPD and training tracking systems
- Collecting and organising training feedback
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and dependable
- Pays close attention to detail
- Enjoys completing tasks and seeing work through to completion
- Is proactive and reliable in following through on responsibilities
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable using Excel and digital systems
- Enjoys structured work and organised processes
Location
Based in our Salisbury office, with occasional support across other offices if required.
