Requirements - Looking for a Salesforce Developer, who will be responsible for successful completion of development, review, unit testing, deployment and maintenance of the assigned applications and understanding business requirements, development, reviewing code, writing unit test scenarios and fixing defects for in use modules/applications.
1.Candidates need to have 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development across Sales/Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, and custom applications.
2.Proficient in CPQ, Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers), PMD Rules, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flow Builder.
3.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security
architecture.
4.Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0, and Platform Events.
5.Skilled in SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, custom settings, and dynamic Apex.
6.Familiar with any DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, and version control (Git).
7.Experience with declarative tools (Validation Rules, Approval Processes) and transition to
Flow-first architecture.
8.Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is a must with at least 4 other certifications.
Duties:
● Participate in project meetings
● Contribute to/ suggest improvements in the deliverable’s functional specifications in the usability and implement ability reviews
● Analyze requirement/ program logic provided by Team Lead for ensuring clarity of desired specification
● Produce code that meets design, style and quality requirements
● Complete development activity in accordance with published plan
● Work closely with the customer throughout the development process, if required and build relationship by prompt service/ feedback
● Provide ongoing technical support to the customer
● Troubleshoot issues faced by customer
● Conduct unit testing for own module to ensure mapping with software specifications
● Recognize and fix implementation problems identified in the project code during development/module integration, usability or implement ability reviews
● Document code clearly and thoroughly according to the standardized style requirement
● Develop user/technical documentation, wherever required
● Work towards developing own skills on the specified technologies
