This position will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Client Results.
The Work
The Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) at iMethods plays a critical role in supporting the management and improvement of business operations. This role focuses on optimizing client engagement, enhancing operational processes, and providing strategic sales support. The Specialist will work with the client(s), requiring direct engagement, reporting, and potential travel for key events.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Evaluate and improve processes related to client engagement and sales operations, identifying areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring their operational needs align with business objectives and providing solutions to complex challenges.
• Develop, interpret, and communicate critical sales performance reports and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
• Oversee and maintain sales-related technology systems, including CRM platforms, ensuring optimal system usage and integration.
• Manage high-level client and sales-related tasks, prioritizing and delegating assignments to support organizational goals.
• Lead the training of new sales team members on operational tools and best practices, driving process consistency across the organization.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues with minimal supervision, making independent decisions that can impact business operations.
• Manage and optimize the sales calendar to support strategic sales initiatives and resource allocation.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align objectives and support strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Experience team to monitor survey results.
• Support the Account Executive with administrative functions to ensure proper on time deliverables to the client(s).
• Support sales operations process as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
Required Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, client services, or a related role, ideally within a staffing or recruitment environment.
• Experience with CRM and data analysis tools; strong technical acumen.
