Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to own the strategic direction & execution of Sales, Marketing & Ops coordination, ecomm marketing support and product launches. Your primary goal is to drive the business forward to help Swoon achieve its core mission. You will have a key cross-functional role throughout the business, working closely with Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, proactive, and positive team player, who has a passion for health, wellness and sweets, and is ready for their next challenge!
What You’ll Achieve:
- Act as the operational link between Sales and Marketing so commercial strategy gets executed
- Own retailer readiness: setup and maintain correct data for current listings and new items
- Own platform management and digital shelf
- Develop and publish sales reporting (SPINS, customer POS)
- Construct and present launch updates in the monthly S&OP cycle
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new accounts, facilitating cross-functional communication,
- alignment and launch preparedness
- Use data to create selling stories and create/publish presentations, combining data and brand
- information
- Support inventory management across the supply chain
- Assist Sales Leadership with tracking of promotions and maintain accurate documentation for
- accounting needs
- Manage sample processes for new and existing customers
- Drive continuous improvement within Sales and Marketing operations, bringing innovative ideas to the
- team
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of working experience (CPG is a plus)
- Proactive problem solver
- Strong platform skills and experience with IX-One, SPINS Product Hub, Syndigo, Nielsen Brand Bank,
- 1WorldSync, FoodIQ, GS1, Destini, Repsly, Crisp, Asana, Google Suite, Excel
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to problem solve, execute, and report back
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- You are independent and reliable – you know how to take direction and run with it
- Flexible and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
