Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM & Sales Ops person who can own HubSpot and manage Sales Ops and sales pipeline. This role is focused on finidng leads, tracking leads, ensuring follow-ups, and maintaining clear visibility on revenue/traction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HubSpot daily (all leads, deals, and stages updated)
- Ensure zero lead leakage and consistent follow-ups
- Track deal movement across pipeline stages
- Generate daily/weekly reports (pipeline, conversion, revenue)
- Maintain clean and structured CRM data
- Track outreach activity (LinkedIn, email, campaigns)
- Improve CRM workflows and automation
Tools & Systems (must be hands-on)
- HubSpot → CRM, pipeline management, reporting
- Excel / Google Sheets → analysis and tracking
- LinkedIn + email tools → outreach tracking
- Microsoft Teams → communication
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail (no messy CRM)
- Tracks numbers daily (pipeline, conversions)
- Consistent follow-up mindset
- Ability to improve systems and processes
