Role Description
The Head of Revenue Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing revenue-generating processes and functions to optimize operational efficiency and maximize business performance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for sales, marketing, and customer success operations, owning performance metrics to drive revenue growth, and analyzing operational data to derive actionable insights. The Head of Revenue Operations will also lead cross-functional teams to align efforts across departments and support strategic decision-making for revenue-related initiatives.
Qualifications

- Strong data analysis, reporting, and performance metric monitoring capabilities.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and operational alignment.
- Ability to design and optimize workflows and processes for improved efficiency and business impact.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify challenges and deliver solutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within technology or enterprise software industries is highly desirable.
