Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee the finance function across multiple group entities. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial excellence, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic vision and operational expertise, working closely with senior leadership to enhance financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across entities
- Manage statutory audits, financial statements, and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, while driving cost optimization initiatives
- Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and financial negotiations
- Support business expansion, investment decisions, and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team
Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in audits, financial reporting, and MIS
- Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced MS Excel
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
