My well‑established client is seeking a Director of Business Operation to join their fast growing team. This position is responsible for equipment, parts, service, and production support to the commercial baking and food production industry. My client is entering its next stage of growth, with leadership focused on strengthening operations, scalability, and customer experience.

This role leads and strengthens internal operations across service, parts, customer support, and end‑to‑end process execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operational improvements across service, customer support, parts, and workflow execution
Build structure and discipline around preventive maintenance, customer service processes, software usage, tracking, and reporting
Improve cross‑functional communication and handoffs between service, parts, and back‑office teams
Drive process improvements that support scalability, consistency, and execution excellence
Help implement business systems, procedures, and KPIs to improve visibility and performance
Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and standardize workflows across operations
Partner with leadership to translate growth goals into practical, measurable day‑to‑day execution

Qualifications

6+ years of leadership experience in a service‑driven business
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs, customer service workflows, process discipline, tracking, and distribution operations
