Role Overview
We are currently hiring Oracle CPQ Consultants at Junior and Senior levels to support enterprise CPQ implementation and business process optimization initiatives.
Selected professionals will work closely with functional stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership to design, configure, and enhance Oracle CPQ solutions aligned with evolving business requirements.
This is a priority hiring mandate with multiple openings across multiple delivery locations.
Open Positions & Experience Required
Senior Oracle CPQ Consultant — 2 Positions
Experience: 6+ years
Junior Oracle CPQ Consultant — 2 Positions
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities
Analyze quoting, pricing, and sales workflows to identify improvement opportunities
Configure and customize Oracle CPQ solutions
Support implementation and enhancement initiatives
Work on integrations with ERP / CRM or other enterprise systems
Participate in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams
Maintain solution documentation and ensure system stability
General Requirements
Hands-on or project experience in Oracle CPQ
Understanding of business process optimization in sales / quoting environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
Willingness to work on-site at assigned delivery location
