Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of the sales process—from order entry through vendor fulfillment—while delivering a high-quality experience for both internal stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage sales orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure correct pricing, configurations, and order fulfillment
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support deal execution and customer needs
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and clients
- Maintain data integrity within ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries
- Support continuous improvement of sales operations processes and workflows
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cincinnati, OH.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
