We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive the growth and go-to-market (GTM) success of our omnichannel payments capabilities across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of payments strategy, product operations, and commercial execution, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless online and in-person payment experiences.
Responsibility:
Strategy & GTM
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing product operations, including but not limited to go-to-market planning, operations, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the strategy office, business/sales, product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Manage projects end-to-end from translating business requirements into product requests, and driving the implementation of the project
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product launches and ongoing operations; use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
Strategic Deal Support
- Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth transitions during new product introductions or updates, providing necessary training and resources.
- Manage the product feedback loop, gathering input from customers and internal teams to inform product roadmap adjustments and enhancements.
Mentorship
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization, encouraging experimentation and sharing best practices across teams.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Omnichannel Payments (online & in-person payments) Strategy, GTM, Product Management, or a similar roles, preferably within a payments (acquiring) or tech company.
- Strong expertise in omnichannel payments (online + offline), payment gateways, POS/terminals, and merchant solutions
- Proven track record in driving product launches, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in fast-paced, global environments
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception through execution, demonstrating an ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, showing adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken), for most effective communication with internal stakeholders.
