MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially-driven Head of Growth / GTM to lead and scale MetaComp’s end-to-end growth engine across our core businesses: OTC trading, fiat payments, and institutional digital asset services.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, owning the full go-to-market strategy—from positioning and acquisition to activation, monetization, and retention. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion, with a strong focus on institutional and B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
- Define and own MetaComp’s GTM strategy across all product lines (OTC, payments, treasury solutions, APIs)
- Identify priority customer segments (e.g. PSPs, fintechs, hedge funds, corporates)
- Develop clear value propositions and differentiated positioning in a competitive digital asset landscape
- Launch new products and features with structured GTM playbooks
2. Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Own top-of-funnel to revenue metrics: pipeline generation, conversion, CAC, LTV
- Build and scale repeatable acquisition channels (direct sales, partnerships, inbound)
- Drive revenue growth across trading volumes, payment flows, and client wallet share
3. Client Acquisition & Partnerships
- Work closely with BD and Relationship Managers to win and grow key institutional clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with payment providers, liquidity partners, and ecosystem players
- Unlock new distribution channels (e.g. embedded finance, API integrations)
4. Product & Market Alignment
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap based on market needs and client feedback
- Translate complex crypto/payment products into clear, compelling narratives
- Drive product-market fit and adoption across key segments
5. Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Lead institutional marketing strategy (content, events, thought leadership, digital)
- Strengthen MetaComp’s positioning as a trusted, regulated digital asset partner
- Oversee campaigns targeting high-value clients (not retail)
6. Data-Driven Growth
- Build and track growth dashboards across funnel metrics
- Run experiments across channels, pricing, and messaging
- Use data to continuously optimize conversion and retention
7. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team (marketing, growth ops, GTM specialists)
- Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Operations
- Instill a culture of accountability, experimentation, and execution
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in growth, GTM, or commercial leadership roles
- Strong background in fintech, payments, crypto, or capital markets
- Proven track record of scaling B2B or institutional businesses
- Deep understanding of OTC trading, FX, payments, or digital asset infrastructure
- Experience working with regulated financial products and institutional clients
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in growth metrics and funnel optimization
- Ability to translate complex products into clear GTM strategies
- Entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and highly collaborative
Nice to Have
- Experience in crypto-native firms, exchanges, or liquidity providers
- Familiarity with API-led businesses and embedded finance
- Existing network across fintechs, PSPs, hedge funds, or corporates
