About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Oracle CPQ Developer to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. This role involves technical ownership, client interaction, and mentoring junior developers on enterprise CPQ programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle CPQ implementations (Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Approvals, Email Templates)
- Develop scalable solutions using BML scripting
- Design and implement integrations with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Manage CPQ administration (environment setup, data tables, user/group management, CSS customization)
- Perform RCA and debugging across CPQ stack
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Own technical documentation and present to stakeholders
- Manage Oracle TSRs end-to-end
- Collaborate across global teams and independently deliver
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle CPQ Cloud experience (3+ implementations)
- Strong expertise in BML, Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer
- Experience in CPQ integrations (SOAP/REST)
- Strong CPQ admin knowledge (environment, CSS, data tables)
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
