Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst - CRM/CPQ Data Operations Primary Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Position Type: 6-month Contract (possibility to extend) W2 Overview TalentFish is casting a line for a Sr. Business Analyst (CRM/CPQ Data Operations). This is a contract role based in Vancouver, WA with hybrid onsite expectations. The reason this position exists is to provide hands-on CRM and CPQ data operations support during a business separation, acting as operational support for external stakeholders who will lose system access. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience) • 5+ years of experience in CRM and CPQ support or data operations • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (certification preferred, not required) • CPQ experience (Oracle CPQ preferred, other CPQs accepted) • Experience managing CRM data including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes • Strong Excel skills for data uploads, tracking, and management • High attention to detail and data accuracy • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders on live calls and screen shares • Reliable delivery on daily operational tasks • Experience working in structured, process-driven environments What You'll Do (Skills Used in This Position) • Push CRM and CPQ data into central shared locations • Pull data into internal systems using intake requests and case workflows • Perform manual data entry into CRM and CPQ systems • Process CPQ quotes and submit for approvals • Support live screen-share sessions with external users • Maintain data accuracy across leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and quotes • Manage Excel files related to data intake and uploads • Support daily operational data management activities This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
