Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Controller to manage and build our U.S. financial operations.
This is not a traditional corporate finance role — the position focuses on real fund flows, multi-entity structures, and fintech operations, including trading-related revenue, payment channels, and cross-border transactions.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial control, compliance, and scalability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Manage daily financial operations including payments, reconciliations, and account balances
- Oversee fund flows across multiple entities (U.S. and offshore)
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, and internal dashboards
- Analyze trading-related revenue, cost structures, and profitability
- Support management decision-making with financial insights
Compliance & Risk Support
- Support AML/KYC financial review and source-of-funds verification
- Maintain proper transaction documentation for audit and regulatory purposes
- Work with compliance and legal teams on regulatory requirements
Banking & Payments
- Liaise with banks and payment providers
- Support account opening, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Manage fiat and (if applicable) crypto-related fund flows
Tax & Structure
- Coordinate with external CPA firms for tax filings and compliance
- Support optimization of cross-border corporate structures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in finance / accounting / controller roles
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, trading, or crypto strongly preferred
- Familiar with multi-entity and cross-border financial operations
- Solid understanding of U.S. accounting and tax environment
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Preferred
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience with trading platforms, brokers, or payment systems
- Exposure to AML / compliance frameworks
